Climatic therapy procedures are appointed on three basic regimens: 1 — sparing (adaptations), 2 — sparing-training (the moderate influence), 3 — training (the expressed influence) depending on the diagnosis, a functional condition of an organism. At entering having a rest the period of adaptation 1 3 days is appointed: walks on territories of sanatorium, stay on loggias, on benches at lake, and after adaptation and inspection are appointed regimens of climatic therapy: 1, 2, 3. In the beginning of a course it is appointed on a regimen of weak influence, after 2 — 4 procedures, under indications patients are translated on a regimen of the moderate influence. The regimen of intensive influence is appointed practically healthy, trained having a rest, to sportsmen. For more expressed influence on an organism are used special climatic procedures: in a warm season — an air-cure, a halation, bathing in lake, swimming in the pool, the dosed out walking on routes. In winter — swimming in pool, ski walks. The sanatorium has a medical beach, there is a boat station. At having a rest arterial pressure is measured, frequency of intimate reductions, number of respirations is counted up, subjective sensations are considered. Using all medical natural factors of sanatorium formation of a reactivity of an organism of the person and its long-term adaptation all-the-year-round is carried out.
